How to order

    Choose the objects

    Every object has a code under its name, like SAEA-CV for the curved vessel. Enter a quantity for each one you want, or begin with a starter set.

  2. 02

    Meet the minimum

    Ten pieces in total, in any mix of objects. A pair or a set counts as one piece, and reorders follow the same minimum.

  3. 03

    Leave the color to us

    Onyx ships as a mix we choose, so you get a feel for the stone and the tones it comes in. Strong preference? Check the color tones under any object.

  4. 04

    Send your request

    Add your shop details and press Send order request. Nothing is charged here.

These are roughly the color tones you can expect in onyx, often several in one piece. Photos are references, not the piece you will receive. We choose the mix in each order. Calacatta Vagli marble is the exception: one piece looks much like the next.

minimum order

The minimum order is 10 pieces in total, in any mix of objects. A pair or a set counts as one piece. Reorders follow the same minimum.

lead time

Ready-to-ship pieces leave our San Diego warehouse in 2–3 business days. Pre-order and made-to-order pieces (candle holders, furniture, any custom size) ship from Balochistan and take about 10 weeks to reach you.

payment

Orders are paid in full by card before they ship. We do not offer net terms.

shipping

Ready-to-ship orders ship from our warehouse in San Diego. Freight is billed at cost: once we receive your order, we contact you with the total freight before moving forward. Every piece is wrapped and boxed on its own.

damages

Stone can chip in transit. Send photos of the piece and its box within 3 days of delivery. We replace it or credit your account at our cost, and you do not need to send it back.

returns

Tell us within 3 days of delivery to return or exchange a piece. Return shipping is paid by the buyer, and pieces come back unused in their original packaging. Made-to-order and custom pieces are final. A difference in color or vein from the photos is not a defect.

color

Every onyx piece differs in color, vein and translucence. We choose the mix in each order, and recommend it so you get a feel for the stone. Strong preference? Check the color tones under any object.

custom sizes

Everything here is shown in its standard size. Any object can be made to another size, for example an origin vase at 20 inches instead of 8. Custom sizes are made to order.
