FORM — A brushed gold disc at the lobe, an oval plate holding the pearl, then an angular shield of hammered gold carrying the labradorite. Architectural, and heavy to the eye.

ORIGIN
Labradorite is a feldspar, and its color is structure rather than pigment. A freshwater pearl is built inside a mussel, layer on layer of nacre, over years.
