one of one
Every piece is hand-carved from raw stone. Veining, color, translucency — no two are identical. The piece you receive is the only one of its kind.

Rust, olive, and warm earth tones—this hand-carved onyx keepsake box is a study in contrast, weight, and quiet beauty.
Carved from a single block of natural onyx, this rectangular stone box features layered striations of mossy green, rust, sand, and soft cream, with natural translucency that reveals itself differently from every angle. A fitted stone lid with a sculptural knob adds both function and presence, making this piece feel grounded and intentional.
Use it as a jewelry box, trinket holder, watch case, salt or spice jar, or as a sculptural object on a desk, dresser, or shelf. Each box is entirely one of a kind—shaped by the land it came from and finished with care.
Handmade by artisans in Balochistan, Pakistan and designed & finished in California, this piece reflects SAÉA’s commitment to natural materials, ancestral craft, and slow, lasting design.

SAÉA Stones
Onyx is a natural stone, stunning but not bulletproof. Wipe with a soft, dry cloth. Avoid harsh detergents. Read more here.
Each piece is sealed with food-grade beeswax. Refresh every 6 to 12 months by warming a small amount of oil or wax into the surface, then buffing gently with a soft cloth.
SAÉA Jewels
Made with natural gemstones and gold-plated or gold-filled chains, SAÉA jewels are designed for everyday wear.
While our jewelry is water-resistant, prolonged water exposure is not recommended. To preserve its finish, avoid wearing in pools, hot tubs, saltwater, or during heavy sweating. Store dry when not in use.

Each piece begins as raw onyx in the mountains of Balochistan, hand-carved by artisans, then finished, photographed, and shipped from San DIego, California.
Every SAÉA Jewel is made to order in our San Diego studio.
Onyx forms in slow, mineral-rich pockets underground — layers laid down over thousands of years. Each slab is split once, then carved by hand, which is why no two pieces share the same ribboning.
We keep the walls thin so light passes through when the piece sits on a window ledge.

No two pieces alike. No factory finish. Just raw onyx, hand-carved by artisans in Balochistan and finished in our San Diego studio.
