Rainbow moonstone is feldspar built in fine layers, and the blue that floats across it is light bending between those layers, a sheen the mineral earned as it cooled. This oval holds a clear, near-translucent body with that blue flash lifting and moving as the stone turns.
Ringed in a worked silver bezel on a black leather cord, it falls at the sternum and warms against the skin. The stone is set the same way each time; the way the flash breaks across yours belongs to no other. Worn, you become the vein that runs different in the room.
