Dusty rose and sand, laid down in bands. Mauve-pink runs in soft horizontal waves across a warm tan body, the two colors trading back and forth the way sediment settles — layer over layer, the record of how the stone was made. The surface keeps its pits and open seams where the carver left them. The stone earned those marks and they stay. Low and wide, it sits open to the room. One of a kind. The exact piece you'll receive.
Set it on a table or a shelf and let it hold what the day leaves in your hands — keys, fruit, a coil of jewelry at the door. Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep it out of standing water.

VEIN — Mauve-pink and sandy tan in banded strata, with natural pitting and open seams. The photo guides you to the color; it isn't a contract, and no two bowls run the same.

Each piece is sealed with food-grade beeswax. Refresh every 6 to 12 months by warming a small amount of oil or wax into the surface, then buffing gently with a soft cloth.

Onyx forms in slow, mineral-rich pockets underground — layers laid down over thousands of years. Each slab is split once, then carved by hand, which is why no two pieces share the same ribboning.
We keep the walls thin so light passes through when the piece sits on a window ledge.
