one of one
Every piece is hand-carved from raw stone. Veining, color, translucency — no two are identical. The piece you receive is the only one of its kind.

A stepped block of milk-white onyx, a narrow neck rising from a wide, tapered base. Low on one face the stone opens into a drift of cognac brown, banded in rust and gold and grained like packed earth — a different layer surfacing in the same block. Above it the body stays pale and translucent. One of a kind. The exact piece you'll receive.
Set the cognac face forward and let it anchor the piece; a few dried stems finish it. Sealed in beeswax; wipe dry and keep out of standing water.
STRATA — Single-source Balochistan onyx, hand-carved, finished in San Diego.
VEIN — Milk-white translucent body, a cognac-brown crystalline patch banded in rust and gold at the base. The photo guides you to the color; it isn't a contract.
WEIGHT — 2 lb of multi-vein onyx.
Carved by master hands on Mehrgarh-adjacent ground, among the oldest making-grounds on Earth. Finished in San Diego. No shortcuts that trade honesty for shine. The strata occurs once. Earth, unobscured.

Onyx forms in slow, mineral-rich pockets underground — layers laid down over thousands of years. Each slab is split once, then carved by hand, which is why no two pieces share the same ribboning.
We keep the walls thin so light passes through when the piece sits on a window ledge.

No two pieces alike. No factory finish. Just raw onyx, hand-carved by artisans in Balochistan and finished in our San Diego studio.
