Quarried from a single seam of Balochistan onyx, in a cradle of craft older than most nations. The stone was forming while empires were still an idea. A lavender body, translucent and soft, banded through with rust, amber, and burgundy — and split down its full length by a pale crystalline seam that catches the light like a vein of frost. Set it on a side table and the table stops being furniture. The room arranges itself around the weight. This is the only piece of its kind we ever made. You will receive this exact piece. 

Fill it with dried stems, stand fresh flowers in it, or leave it bare. Catch the late light through the body and the banding lights from within. Wipe it clean with a soft cloth — tending, not maintenance. It outlasts the season, then the next one. One of one. No other block ran this color, and no other will. Each piece is sealed with food-grade beeswax. Refresh every 6 to 12 months by warming a small amount of oil or wax into the surface, then buffing gently with a soft cloth.
