Cool white stone, and low on the body a seam of fire. Rust-brown bands bloom across the base, dense and striated like the grain of something ancient, an amber vein climbing the neck to meet them. The white runs blue where the light passes through, and where the brown gathers it goes deep and warm. Set it in the sun and the seam lights molten against the pale. A square base rises to a round neck, two geometries pulled from one block. One of a kind; this is the only piece we made that looks like this. The exact piece you'll receive.

Stand it where the light moves across it through the day. Dried stems suit it — let the stone hold the color and the stems stay quiet. Wipe with a dry cloth. Keep it out of standing water.

Each piece is sealed with food-grade beeswax. Refresh every 6 to 12 months by warming a small amount of oil or wax into the surface, then buffing gently with a soft cloth.
