one of one
Every piece is hand-carved from raw stone. Veining, color, translucency — no two are identical. The piece you receive is the only one of its kind.

The crystal reads up close and the band reads across a room, so it holds a shelf either way.
STRATA — Natural agate geode, cut with a flat base and polished on the face; the crystal pocket left as it formed.
VEIN — Blue-gray banding with a thin rust line through it, a collar of white quartz crystal, a smoke-gray core.
WEIGHT — Solid banded stone around an open pocket. Heavier than a shelf expects for its size. 1 lb

the crate
Every two weeks we open a crate and photograph the next batch. Everyone on the list sees them first.
Onyx forms in slow, mineral-rich pockets underground — layers laid down over thousands of years. Each slab is split once, then carved by hand, which is why no two pieces share the same ribboning.
We keep the walls thin so light passes through when the piece sits on a window ledge.

No two pieces alike. No factory finish. Just raw onyx, hand-carved by artisans in Balochistan and finished in our San Diego studio.
