Set it open-face on a shelf, desk, coffee table, or a low table where a lamp can reach into the cavity. The points hold light differently from every angle. One of a kind. The exact piece you'll receive. A pocket of gas in the rock, then water, then time. The quartz grew inward from the walls and stopped when it ran out of room. Pale lilac at the points, cream where the chalcedony banded first, a thin red line of iron at the rim. Nothing was carved. The geode was opened. This is what was inside.

STRATA — Natural pale amethyst geode, Brazil. Uncarved. Opened and left as found.
VEIN — Pale lilac quartz points across the cavity, cream chalcedony banding, a thin iron-red line at the rim, rough exterior left rough. The photo guides you to the color; it isn't a contract.

- Opened geode. No carving, no dye, no coating.
- Dust with a dry soft brush. Keep it out of water.
ORIGIN
No hand shaped this. Gas left a pocket in the rock, water filled it, and quartz grew inward until the space closed. Brazilian ground. We opened it and did nothing else, with no shortcut that trades honesty for shine. The strata occurs once. Earth, unobscured.

Each piece is sealed with food-grade beeswax. Refresh every 6 to 12 months by warming a small amount of oil or wax into the surface, then buffing gently with a soft cloth.

Onyx forms in slow, mineral-rich pockets underground — layers laid down over thousands of years. Each slab is split once, then carved by hand, which is why no two pieces share the same ribboning.
We keep the walls thin so light passes through when the piece sits on a window ledge.
